On the first floor flat "Otto" dedicated to my father, with a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and stove Ole painted ceramic (typical in Trentino), large and bright kitchen, private bathroom and window, equipped terrace of 40 sqm (solarium) with spectacular views and relaxing Giudicarie Valleys, towards Riva del Garda. In case of need and by agreement, I can provide a single bed or cots for children. On the second floor flat "Vittoria", dedicated to my mother, with two double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, large kitchen and bathroom with window. Each room has a terrace with chairs and a small table to enjoy, comfortably and in relaxation, the mountains (Paganella, Monte Bondone, Brenta Group ...), the surrounding environment and the view of the Valli Giudicarie, towards Riva del Garda. In case of need and by agreement, I can provide a single bed or cots for children. The flats have an independent entrance from my house on the ground floor. Access from the external area, with 4 parking spaces reserved for guests and internal staircase to reach the first and second floor. In our flats we try to implement all procedures for environmental management (differentiated waste) and climate sustainability (temperatures and air changes) - Uncovered parking inside the property for bicycles, motorbikes and cars. - TV and WI-FI - Bed, kitchen and bathroom linen - Shared laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities at Logge dei Paroloti, and at Ciclamino in each flat - Pets are allowed at an additional cost, max. - Info point at the entrance of the apartments with information about the area: museums, exhibitions, castles, cycling, hiking, ski slopes, offers of local agencies for organised trips, as well as maps of the cities of Trento, Rovereto, etc.... - Information and presentation material on local food and wine producers, restaurants, mountain huts and refuges can be obtained when booking and on site. Some are partners of the Ciclamino and Logge dei Paroloti for purchases and meals. - Trentino Guest Card Dolomiti Paganella and information on how to use it in the area. Το διαμέρισμα διακοπών Logge dei Paroloti Agnese βρίσκεται στο Dorsino. Το κατάλυμα 50 τ.μ. διαθέτει ένα σαλόνι με καναπέ-κρεβάτι για 2 άτομα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 1 υπνοδωμάτιο και 1 μπάνιο, φιλοξενώντας έως 4 άτομα. Επιπλέον παροχές περιλαμβάνουν Wi-Fi υψηλής ταχύτητας (κατάλληλο για βιντεοκλήσεις), smart TV με υπηρεσίες streaming, ανεμιστήρα, πλυντήριο ρούχων, καθώς και βιβλία και παιχνίδια για παιδιά. Οι δημόσιες συγκοινωνίες βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια, και ένα γήπεδο τένις είναι 15 λεπτά μακριά με τα πόδια. Το κατάλυμα περιλαμβάνει χώρο στάθμευσης και δωρεάν στάθμευση στο δρόμο. Υπάρχει επίσης αποθηκευτικός χώρος για μηχανές, ποδήλατα και σκι. Επιτρέπονται έως 2 κατοικίδια. Το κάπνισμα απαγορεύεται. Κλιματισμός δεν διατίθεται. Το κατάλυμα έχει πρόσβαση χωρίς σκαλοπάτια. Υπάρχουν κάμερες ασφαλείας ή/και συσκευές ηχογράφησης. Ένας ανελκυστήρας είναι διαθέσιμος στο κτίριο. Σταθμός φόρτισης ηλεκτρικού οχήματος είναι διαθέσιμος κατόπιν αιτήματος με επιπλέον χρέωση. Πρωινό διατίθεται κατόπιν αιτήματος. Το κατάλυμα προσφέρει σπιτικά ή τοπικά προϊόντα. Παρέχονται οδηγίες για την ξεχωριστή συλλογή απορριμμάτων· περισσότερες πληροφορίες είναι διαθέσιμες στον χώρο. Χρησιμοποιούνται συσκευές εξοικονόμησης νερού και ενέργειας. Η ηλεκτρική ενέργεια παράγεται εν μέρει από ηλιακούς συλλέκτες, και έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί βιώσιμα υλικά για τη μόνωση.

At the Logge dei Paroloti you can live in tranquillity, with a view over the village of Dorsino, admiring the mountain panorama both from the covered loggia and from the garden, equipped and paved. The loggia and garden are shared by guests to relax and enjoy the spaces and information points for the opportunities and experiences available in the area. On the ground floor there is a reading and TV room, extra flats, with the library created by the economic stove: an open space for reading and information (TV, maps and QrCode). The stove is in the same location and original room: Uncle Fiore's kitchen that lived in the family home until 2006. The structure is characterised by "barrel vaults" on both floors, with thick walls, accessories and wooden furniture with a mix of antique and modern. The loggia on the first floor is accessible by a panoramic, open-air lift, respecting the structure where the old staircase used to be. The rooms dedicated to "Agnese" and "Paolo" have been made "mirror-like", maintaining historical and cosy spaces, with a double bedroom, a bathroom with a comfortable and usable shower, the possibility of a double sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and induction cooker. Comfortable and romantic house, also suitable for families with children (cot and high chair on request) for ease of access, wide doors and comfortable rooms.
